Postpartum

My goal is to help you recover after birth as well as possible, supporting your physical healing, emotional balance, and long-term wellness.

Whether you’re navigating fatigue, mood changes, breastfeeding challenges, or simply want to make sure your recovery and nourishment are optimized, I’ll help you identify the key nutrients, foods, and lifestyle supports that make the biggest difference for your healing and energy.

We’ll also focus on supporting breastfeeding (if applicable) in a way that feels right for you—encouraging a healthy milk supply and understanding how your diet influences both the amount and quality of your breastmilk. You’ll receive practical, compassionate guidance for navigating breastfeeding challenges, as well as support in confidently choosing and transitioning to breastmilk alternatives if or when needed. When the time comes, I’ll also help you approach weaning with confidence and care.

Baby’s First Foods

Introducing solids is an exciting and important milestone—one that lays the foundation for your baby’s relationship with food and lifelong health. My goal is to help you feel confident and supported as you navigate when, how, and what to feed your baby during this stage.

Together, we’ll explore the signs of readiness for solids and the different approaches to starting, so you can choose what feels best for you and your little one. You’ll learn how to build confidence around feeding by understanding your baby’s hunger and fullness cues, as well as how to adjust the frequency and amount of food as your baby grows.

Safety and exploration are always at the heart of this process. We’ll focus on offering nutrient-dense foods that support optimal growth and development—discussing which nutrients are most important, and which foods are best to limit or avoid early on. When appropriate, we’ll also cover supplementation to help ensure your baby’s nutritional needs are fully supported.

We’ll navigate common feeding concerns together, including constipation, and food allergies, sensitivities, and intolerances. I’ll help you support the root causes behind conditions that may be associated with food sensitivities and guide you in introducing top allergenic foods safely and confidently.
